Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
The shipping method will be DHL, DPD, GLS or postal delivery in Europe, or FedEx for overseas order. It always depends on the shipping address and the size of the package.
After shipping the product we will provide you with package tracking details.
Any duties, taxes or charges made by 3rd parties once goods have left Cross-Country Adventures premises are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can wire transfer the total amount of your order directly to our bank account:

You can pay via PayPal; also you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
We use cryptocurrency payment gateway service of Coinbase Commerce to accept cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dai, USD Coin.

How long will it take to get my package?
We keep navigation instruments (e.g. roadbook holders, tripmasters), handlebar rally kits, footpegs, universal parts and small accessories always on stock. Model specific products (e.g. rally towers/kits, fuel tanks and exhaust systems) can be back-ordered and usually it will take up to 2-3 working days to be ready to dispatch.
When a product is on stock, the package will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
If you order a product which is out of stock at the manufacturer also, you can see the estimated delivery time on the product page.
How can I contact you if I have any question about the products or need advice to choose the proper accessories?

How can I return the purchased product?
Our policy for returns lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us via e-mail (email@example.com) in case you want to return a purchased product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.
Would you exchange or replace a product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time you receive the package.
